Sending photos: You can send your photos either by e-mail as an attached file, or by regular mail as a hard copy. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for your photos while they are handled by postal services or a commercial carrier. If you are sending your photo by regular mail, please include an envelope with return address and postage.

Printing: We supply the image in an electronic format or can arrange a print with a commercial fine art printing lab.

How to place your order and receive the images

• Send your images for review via e-mail, or direct us to a hosting site where your high resolution images are stored. Please include any password(s) needed to access your site.
• Explain in an email what you would like to have done to your photographs. 
• We will e-mail you a price quote.
• Once we have received your approval of our quote by e-mail, we will generate an invoice and send it to you. You can pay the invoice via PayPal using the PayPal connection from this Web site or directly from the PayPal Web site.
• Once we have received your payment, the work will start.
• We will place a proof of the requested edited image(s) on a secure password protected Web site for your review and confirmation of acceptance.
• Once we have received your final confirmation of acceptance is received, we will upload full resolution images to the same secure Web site for your downloading.  We can also send you the requested image(s) via email, US Mail in print form, and/or on a CD/DVD.
